  • Do you do cold outbound?
    No. The Sales Machine is inbound only. Cold outbound in DACH is legally tricky (UWG) and often the wrong play for mid-market companies. We work with the leads you've already earned.
  • Which CRMs are supported?
    HubSpot and Pipedrive natively. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and custom CRMs via webhooks or API on request. We don't build a machine that doesn't run with your stack.
  • How many leads per month is realistic?
    Depends on inbound volume. A typical mid-market client of ours sees 80 bis 250 qualified meetings per quarter. Depending on industry and domain strength.
  • What happens when a lead has specific questions?
    The qualifier escalates cleanly to a human on your sales team with full conversation history. The lead doesn't wait, the rep has context.
